Tripura Launches Four NextGen HRMS Modules

Agartala, September 8, 2026: The Tripura government has launched four NextGen Human Resource Management System (HRMS) modules to make employee services faster, transparent and largely paperless. Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy formally inaugurated the modules at Pragya Bhavan in Agartala on Tuesday.

The four modules are e-Service Book, e-Leave, e-Salary and e-Pension. They will enable government employees to access service records, leave details, salary information, General Provident Fund (GPF) records and pension-related information online from home.

The system will also allow employees to submit salary bills, arrear claims, GPF transactions, financial benefit requests and pension claims digitally. Relevant claims can be forwarded electronically to the Accountant General’s office, reducing delays caused by physical files.

The e-Service Book will maintain digital records of recruitment, transfers, promotions, salary fixation and other important service details. The platform, developed by the Tripura government with support from the National Informatics Centre (NIC), has been operational since March 2026.

Officials said the system would particularly help reduce pension delays by enabling better tracking and early identification of missing documents. E-signatures and digital trails will further improve accountability, transparency and financial control across government employee services.
